9. Parrot Bebop 2 – Excellent HD Video Camera Drone
This is a great update by Parrot from their last Parrot AR Drone best camera drone.
They have improved significantly without raising the price to that extent.
It is light in weight than DJI Phantom of the same segment, weighing 1.1 pounds.
It captures 14-megapixel photos and records 1080 P videos. The video and photo quality are very good.
The flight time proposed for this best drone camera is 25 mins by the company, and it fairly gives around 21 mins.
It has got good quality heavy motors which allow it to capture footages at higher altitudes. It is also equipped with rear LED, which allows us to track it in the dark.
GPS connectivity has been improved to a good extent as compared to the last version, and it is easy to connect and sail it through the air.
It is very much stabilized with three-axis stabilization. The company has given the flexibility to control it through sky controller or mobile device, and it is very smooth to control it even in longer range.
Customer support of Parrot is also awesome, which again gives it an edge over Phantom Series.
The spare parts of this best drone camera are cheaper in compare to spare parts of DJI Phantom series.
Thus a win –win situation for the buyer as these drones are much accident prone and one requires hardware parts quite often.
This feature Parrot might take care of their next upgrade. The controller is little on the heavier side. It is less expensive than DJI Phantom 3 Professional and above series, but it does give lesser accessories.
All together it can be used fairly well for limited professional use and the only area where it loses its marks is in the low dynamic range of its camera.
